Everything you need to know about the i4malaysia loyalty programme

VIP Points at i4malaysia do not expire as long as your account remains active (at least one login within any 90-day period). However, to maintain your current VIP tier, a minimum number of VIP Points must be earned each month. If the monthly minimum is not met, your VIP tier may be adjusted in the following month. Full conditions can be found in the Terms & Conditions section of the i4malaysia VIP programme.

VIP Points can be redeemed for playing credits at i4malaysia at a rate of 100 VIP Points = RM1 credit. Redemptions are processed through your account dashboard under the "VIP Rewards" section. The minimum redemption is 1,000 VIP Points (equivalent to RM10 in credits). Redeemed credits are available for immediate use on any game at i4malaysia. For cash withdrawals, a minimum rollover requirement may apply — refer to the Terms & Conditions section for full details.

VIP Points are earned based on actual wagers placed, not deposits. In general, table games such as blackjack and roulette, Live Casino, and Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton) all earn VIP Points at the full rate of 1 Point per RM1. Some slots titles may earn at a different rate. Check the full table in the VIP programme section of your account for the exact rate per game.

When you move up a VIP tier mid-week, your new cashback rate takes effect immediately for the remainder of that week. If an upgrade occurs within the same week, i4malaysia's system will calculate your cashback based on the higher tier's rate for the entire week. This means you never lose out on cashback when you level up — our system always applies the rate that benefits you most.
