Terms & Conditions i4malaysia – The Complete Guide to Using Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

Welcome to i4malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and i4malaysia ("Company", "we", "platform"). These Terms govern all use of the platform, services, games, and activities available on the i4malaysia.ws website.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the i4malaysia platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To register and use the i4malaysia platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. i4malaysia does not permit underage individuals under any circumstances.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) i4malaysia account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, identification card number (MyKad), and banking details — must be accurate, current, and genuinely your own.
• You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at i4malaysia or any other gambling platform.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any software to conceal your true location while using the platform.

I4malaysia reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of your MyKad, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to comply with a verification request within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the i4malaysia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). i4malaysia does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

I4malaysia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Standard rollover requirement: Each bonus received must be wagered 20 times (20x) bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses must be used within 14 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated.
• One bonus at a time: Members may not use more than one bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no direct cash value until rollover requirements are fulfilled.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the i4malaysia system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, i4malaysia reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet to the member's account.

• The use of bots, automation software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

The i4malaysia VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following additional conditions:

• VIP Points are calculated based on total actual wagers (not deposits) at a rate of 1 VIP Point = RM1 wagered. Earn rates may vary by game type.
• VIP tiers are reviewed monthly. Members must accumulate the minimum required VIP Points for their respective tier to retain their status.
• If the monthly minimum VIP Points threshold is not met, the VIP tier will be adjusted downward to the tier corresponding to the points accumulated that month.
• VIP Points will expire after 90 days of inactivity (no logins or wagers).

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Notify i4malaysia immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Always log out of your i4malaysia account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

I4malaysia shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where it is established that the member in question neglected their account security responsibilities.

The i4malaysia platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, i4malaysia is not liable for:

• Service interruptions, system downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond the reasonable control of i4malaysia.

In all circumstances, i4malaysia's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email or in-account notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
